World Bridge Foundation was born from the shared dreams of Ugandan musician and cultural ambassador, Herbert Kinobe (known as Chinobay), and his wife Stella. Both grew up in Uganda facing separate hardships and deeply aware of the lack of opportunities for many children across the country. Chinobay, discovering his musical gift early, began touring Europe at just 9 years old with a youth cultural ensemble, and became a UNICEF child ambassador by 14 at the special invitation of UNICEF executive director Michel Sidibe. His experiences abroad opened his eyes to global disparities in children's access to opportunities, education and basic needs, sparking a lifelong commitment to empower underprivileged youth through the arts.
Meanwhile, Stella navigated the challenges of poverty, determined to forge a better path through education despite financial struggles. Through various challenges, her hope was to overcome adversity and help others, especially girls, in similar circumstances.
